Bare with me this is my first time!!!
Really all I am after is some feedback, Marcia (my Partner) and myself found ourselves Grandparents of two fantastic Children (Now 4 and 2yrs) our Daughter is also expecting her first baby in December.
All this happening and we are in our Mid 40's, but we love it!!
This got us thinking about the Knowledge and Ideas we have between us, and we have put together a few items that may help young and new families.
The first of these are related to Pregnancy, Morning Sickness and Labour, all we are really looking for is some feedback please.

A Packet Of "Wet Ones" - To help make you feel
more comfortable.

help with Hunger - if you didnt know Labour is Hard Hungry Work.
A Small Can of Whites Lemonade - For refreshment.
A Can of Red Bull - Mainly for the Dads but if you screen
loud enough I'm sure he will hand it over!!
Dextro Energy Sweets - To keep the energy levels up.
Hand and Feet Moisture Cream - For massages and generally
make you feel more comfortable.
A Pair of Fluffy Socks - Many Women complain about
"cold feet" in Labour, but you won't have to, with these warm fluffy
socks.
Face Cloth - To help keep you cool and refreshed.
Lip Balm - Using Gas and Air alot can give you have sore
lips, but this should help.
Packet of Tissues - Just in case of the odd tear or two.
A Contact Sheet - this can be filled out before visiting
Hospital, giving specific instruction to your Husband or Partner as to who to
phone and the information people will ask e.g Weight, Sex etc
